Accepting Fall Cheer Head Coach Applications

Bayside Bears is looking for volunteer coaches who are dedicated to serving as positive role models to the youth of our community. Bayside cheer coaches are responsible for teaching players good sportsmanship and teamwork while providing a safe and fun experience that encourages cheerleaders to reach their full potential. We believe in providing the best coaching possible for the cheerleaders in our organization and have developed a coach's application and selection process for all who may be interested. If you are interested in becoming a head coach in this awesome league please fill out your application and email it to our VP of Cheerleading, Jessica Godwin at baysidecheerdirector@yahoo.com

Accepting Fall Tackle Football Head Coach Applications

Interested in becoming a Head Coach for the 2018 Fall Tackle season?

Bayside Bears is looking for volunteer coaches who are dedicated to serving as positive role models to the youth of our community. Bayside coaches are responsible for teaching players good sportsmanship, teamwork, rules and fundamental skills of the game while providing a safe and fun experience that encourages players to reach their full potential. We believe in providing the best coaching possible for the players in our organization and have developed a comprehensive coaches application and selection process for all who may be interested in becoming a head coach.

Prospective head coaches must submit a completed coaches application to tackledirector@baysidebears.org by February 17th. 

The Coach Selection Committee will conduct an in-person interview with all candidates. Selection criteria will be based on but not limited to knowledge of the game, leadership style, ability to work with varying skill levels of youth players, acceptance of coaching criteria/expectations of the program, and previous coaching experience.

Registration Now Open for 2018 Spring Programs

Registration is now open for our 2018 spring programs. We offer 8 man tackle football and NFL Flag football. Online registration is open for 8 man tackle and will be open by the end of this week for NFL Flag. Payment plans are available and if you need to participate in one please register in person at any Bayside event. We look forward to seeing you again this spring!

Bayside Bears Hosting Regional Round of FSYFL Playoffs

Bayside Bears have the privilege of hosting the regional round of the FSYFL playoffs this Saturday 4/8 at Liberty Park in Palm Bay. There will be 12 games featuring the 24 best teams from Southeast Florida competing for a spot in the East Coast conference championships. Our Bayside Mitey Mites and Pee Wee's both play at noon. Come check out the action and support our local youth players.
